Excuse me for being a noob but I thought with bitcoin, you either have it or you don't, and with bitcoint accounting you can't spend money your wallet does not have.

Blockchain.info will do this by itself. IDK why but many of my accounts ahve had the same flag on them for no aperant reason. I'm not smart enough to orchestrate a real double spend and it still happens often. I think it has to do with sending identical sized tx's in a certain ammount of time.

If they are paying 0.00000010 BTC or each visit they have got to be real scrooges to double spend and to try to screw their visitors who bring them hundred if not thousand times what they are paying out.
