You could easily get your bitcoin cash if you have bitcoins in some exchanges that is do have bitcoin cash, for example is the bittrex, but I think in order to have that bitcoin cash, you must have bitcoin on your bitcoin wallet in your bittrex account. The other way that I used to claim mine is I've downloaded this app called electron-cash in the playstore, and I paste my private key there and viola, my bitcoin cash just appeared.
