How does a guy who worked in sports marketing become a CEO? Why is he being hired? It seems that someone is lining their pockets using our money collected during ICO.

And why do you think an excellent professional can't become a CEO? Is his experience in business, ability to develop a solid strategy, create a talented team and efficiently manage it, as well as his huge professional network not enough to manage a company?
