Any occasion to chime in is of priority now; before, you would speak when you felt it appropriate. Before this rule, I wouldn't engage in mindless banter or throwing in some funny posts or commenting on less-than significant aspects of a topic, but to get to the meat and potatoes of this forum, you gotta muddle through this shit.
