With slow and unspecified services on Wallet recovery, the freezing of money is unreasonable.
I have decided to move to another wallet. And will not come back to BTC.COM

You shouldn't really depend on any third party wallets or their recovery software.Did you use your private keys to get your wallet recovered ? it's your fault in the beginning,why you use a third party wallets instead of using your own wallets?
only yourself can protect your money,nobody will keep it for you for free.someday they will take it from you.
that's why many people in this forum,and other people outside this too recommend you to keep it in their offline wallets.
it's not really hard to claim your BCC/BCH because many people can help you if you don't understand how to claim it.
