The time to get in is before that. I invested yesterday at $15 and $16.5 and I'm already up 10btc. I plan to short 75% of it when it reaches $25-$30 (which it will) and then hold the rest. My short term profit will keep me safe from any long term losses.

Also it is showing a hidden bearish divergence on the Stoch indicator, price action around 0.01025 is extremely important as it will define if the price continues the bull trend or it starts a new bear momentum. I think Neos featured in all of our issues to date - and with good reason. The future always looks bright with Neo. A strong representative for Chinas blockchain future, backed by a strong and dedicated team. Potentially another safe bet for the near future.
