I've had my problem solved meanwhile, and as I said in another thread, I think Bittrex's problem is their FAQ regarding account verification. They should state there that even Legacy accounts must verify themselves and state more clearly that if you only need Basic Verification you should do BOTH verification steps.
They should also update their FAQ regarding the "ACCOUNT_DISABLED" error, as their link on the withdrawal page when this error occurs doesn't even list said error.
suspicious activity such as logging in from a different ip range on a dormant account
I did indeed log from a different IP. I always wondered if that was part of the issue.
This is especially the case if your account is a legacy account.
Any particular reason for this? I indeed have a legacy account.
If you are not getting the support you need please come to our slack channel, you can get an invite here,
http://slack.bittrex.com, then you will be able to join our slack,
https://bittrex.slack.com Once in slack you can join #customer-support and post your ticket and an agent will get back to you.
I now see why I couldn't seem to join... Wrong link.
I apologize for the delay in support and promise we are doing nothing but making sure we continue to hire agents to get to customer concerns in a more timely fashion.
How would one be able to apply?
I tried to withdraw 0.00049 for testing purpose and I got this message "ACCOUNT_DISABLED "
Also when trying to deposit it wont generate a bitcoin address. I click 'get new address' and it gets stuck saying "Generating address ...". There is a QR code but I dont trust it's going to work, what with the account disabled error and no actual address.
Hummm, so maybe meanwhile they disabled deposits on locked accounts. If so, good call.
