It depends on the type of technology you are talking about, if you are trying to make the world a better place for your inventions, then that's a great thing, but if not, it's just making the resources go to waste. In my opinion, the stress that you are getting in technology is probably the part where there are social media. The judgment that you are about to get if you post something you believe in and the majority doesn't agree with it, and then you are going to get bashed. It's not okay for that part.

Well the technology today is very obvious it's about gadgets, cellphones, smart watches that makes our lives easier. They are great inventions that are helping us with our daily lives but too much of it is bad and will cause harm to our health.
