The best way is to play for fun and there are no other way better than that for gambling. Gambling is created so that we can have fun not for us to get money. Gambling is created to have fun ? Hell no, in reality many people gambling because they want doubling their money and there is no fun when you lose your money on gambling. Giving up on gambling is really really hard, even you lost much money on gambling it's still hard to do that.

Giving up and bad habit is tough and its difficult to continue like that but it is possible. There have been people who have played gambling and become addicted to it. Then they understood the bad effects of gambling that happened in their lives due to gambling and their continuous playing. There are people who have been determined that they can get over the addiction and have succeeded.
