In my opinion, he should not get paid. He didn't worked well because he was copy-pasting which has zero telorance on here especially when you are waering signature to advertize the project.

Read before you post .. i think he did not get paid because of the problem from his ether address..not from signature. He did not participate in the signature campaign but joined the blog / article. Before he account is banned.
