Yes, you really shouldnt blame some people for not using bitcoin or for not knowing about it. There are people who doesnt have access to internet, or cant afford to pay Internet bill. So you dont really need to blame them. You will never know this until they tell you. They dont have money for food, so they need food before talking about internet.
