Poor sleep habits
Loneliness/Isolation
Addiction and Depression
Development issues in children
Loss of hearing and eyesight
Lack of social bonds

Technology is the one that helps our daily activities to finish it faster. But technology also have a bad effects to the people especially to youth. It includes they loss their study, they don't follow their parents, they sleep too late, and may more. We should use technology in something that is useful. We should avoid technology sometimes because it can cause bad nutrition to our body.
