from what I understand, if you have enough time to invest in ICO you are sure to get some TimeMint (min 0,5% of chronopower), the chronopower will decrease with your invest time ( if you are a verry early investor, before others, you will get more chronopower). correct me if I'm wrong please

It is pretty much exact. Basically there is a Chronopower curve from the first TimeMints to the last, as in 1th TimeMint get 1%. And last TimeMint get 0.5% (TimeMint 3333th in that case).

So i have MEW wallet, I have to transfer my ETH to it and then send it to your address on this website https://chronologic.network/register/ ? And that means i"ll have my TimeMint? or is it randomnly selected people that donated ?
