I think it will be good if you allocate budget for your favorite signatures because there are many experts are here who can design good signatures. It's better to run specific dates because so that so many people send their design. You can select it from those designs and announce the winner.

If you're gonna speak in a thread, at least say something someone is going to understand jeez

I think he's trying to say to the OP is try to hold/organize a signature contest. I think he's suggestion is good however, he can't say/express it well. It is certain that many will participate in the contest.
