Your bank will be the one to do this even, me too I made a transfer left my account but did not arrive at the destination you dont go to the receiver to complain since you trust them to always be truthful when they tell you. I did this and the money was reversed within 24 hours because they are the one who will know whether it delivers there or to another account but the onus is your bank. I hope its not too late and do well to update in case you get it resolved.

I communicated with the bank and they said that the transfer was done normally, without problems.

Then they responded by email, who are processing the request. So I guess Monday or Tuesday send me the transfer status by email.
