creat a SHORTCUT of wink.exe
On the shortcut click 'properties'
there you will see something like C:\...\wink.exe
after that add -addnode=110.55.67.96
it must look like this: wink.exe -addnode=110.55.67.96

click OK
close the shortcut and try again.

Are you sure that IP address is a masternode? And if it is, then, how much is needed to run a masternode for this?
