Hugh, they explained themselves and made an public apology and then lifted the withdrawal restriction. The system flagged your account, so they had to investigate, would you not have done the same, if that was your casino? I have been using their service for years and they have always been fair in their actions.

One bad experience in 2 years and you stop using the service? ^hmmmmmm^
