Tried (transferring a couple of NEO to myself)... still don't think it's working. I'm using this wallet https://neowallet.cn/ Anyone using this?

I also tried transferring 1 NEO back to bittrex an hour ago... it has not gone through. Really not following how this wallet is suppose to work.
