its not directly allowed, below 18 users are required to submit parental consent before they can use their coins.ph account. i suggest ask your parents to make an account and verify and use that one instead.

magandang balita po yan ngayon ko lang nalaman pwede na pala student ID para sa kapatid ko na pinapagawa ko ng account.
tanong ko lang po ung kaibigan ko kasi ayaw daw tanggapin ung selfie verification kahit malinaw naman cam niya ?
