Wheter 200.000 Is this enough to fund your project? Is not this a very small amount for a project?

It is a well analyzed project and they put conditions on the amount realized during crowdfunding as well as possible steps to take in case it goes either way. But returning $200,000 back to investors if the conditons are not fulfilled, how feasible is this?

Just Dating Site aims to gain a minimum of $200,000, after which core product will released (Dating Site, PPC partner program on blockchain). If all funds are not reached the minimum of $200,000, all fund will returned to investors.

Target #2 of $500,000 will enable broader functionality and a greater degree of publicity and in target #3: $1 to 3 million raise would allow to aggressive entry into the dating market. In this case, all the declared functions in the document with white paper will be realized.

So just a little more funds will reach the minimum target, and when ICO runs 40 days, still plenty of time to be able to collect targets, I believe this project will be successful
