I'm going to invest a few NEO in this ICO, it looks good.
I signed up for the pre-sale lottery only to notice later that you have to put in 10,000USD - a bit too rich for me - here's the first time I'm hoping I don't win the lottery
I think I read somewhere at the NEO Reddit that there are some alternatives to this where you do not need to invest that amount. If I remember correctly the $10,000 group gets a bonus of 40%, those are not part of that group but do so in the first few days get 30% bonus (these apparently do not need to put up $10,000) and those who do so a bit later get a lower bonus.
