All the panic sellers are out of SAFEX already (except for maybe a whale with a lot of coins), the HODLers can drive the price back up by just not putting in low sats sell orders. It can't be that the wallet will take a lot more time as the first deadline was last week. Probably this is the best time to buy in (maybe a little lower, depending on when the wallet will drop).
