a watch-only wallet is just that. you can't spend from it because it doesn't have the seed or any private keys. that's why when you open a watch-only wallet you get a warning telling you to make sure that you have the seed or private keys recording somewhere.

But in transaction history I see that I used to deposit and withdraw from that watch-only address. How that was happened do you have any idea?
It is because you deleted the info regarding the address; you no longer have the seed or the private key, so you can't use the address.
Did you have the private written on a file before? You might try to recover the file that you deleted?

I really dont remember. It was my first wallet application ever last month. Totally forgot how did I create that and what happened to keys and how did I sweeped them out
