So happy to see that a lot of people limit to just playing with the profit. In fact, this is one of the best trading strategy as well. Even in the book of Rich Dad Poor Dad, the author state that you can get back your base and leave the profit continue to be there to generate more income. Using that base and invest in another tool. Keep repeating that and you have a lot passive income.

But in gambling i am less amenable to comparing it with the statement from book. And yes, I'm gambling from profits. Not always playing with profits will continue to generate profits. Only, gambling with profits can slightly lessen emotions.

Gambling with profits is what the casino wants you to do and thus if you do it then you are playing into their trap of losing money. The casinos want to get back their loss aka players profits - so they want their players to be addicted and play more and more.If you cannot control your emotions then you might as well play with profits and be greedy. Be wary that it will only lead to more losses.
