You can try to contact them via Twitter, Facebook, Skype or their bitcointalk account, but it's not high chance that they will respond.
Anyway, bad customer support is common thing in bitcoin world and majority of big companies have this problem.

Thanks everyone for your replies, that's unfortunate. I remember Mellow Ads used to have quite good support when they first started out. Looks like I'll have to work on an alternative solution.
