How long does a withdrawal usually take? I requested a small withdrawal 48 hours ago, nothing yet except an automated email stating that the withdrawal will be issued manually (?). Missed out on BCC split because of this Sad

Hello timvim,

if your question is about lottery withdrawal, it may take up to 4 days.
You may ask about it to the support@trueflip.io and get the answer faster.
They will need your registration email to find out the situation.

Best regards,
TrueFlip.io

I have now contacted support@trueflip.io, since I still have not received my withdrawal. It has now been 4 days since I tried to withdraw...

I am still waiting for my withdrawal… Almost 10 days now. Support answered me and said I would get my withdrawal this monday, now that is also 48 hours ago...

Hello timvim,

I'm sorry for delay, it is about upgrading site, support is lack of possibilities with it.

You will get your withdrowal as soon as possible.

Best regards,
TrueFlip.io

Well it would have been reasonable if you had indicated somewhere that you accept deposits and gamling, yet withdrawal is disabled for an indefinite period of time... I did certainly not deposit expecting to be unable to withdraw. What is the point of a transparent provably fair lottery if you do not credit users their winnings?

I will of course wait until you finish your upgrade and I get my withdrawal, but it would really make sense to mention that it is impossible to withdraw if you are going to continue accepting deposits meanwhile.

I have been waiting two weeks for you to process my withdrawal now. This is really not ok, platform upgrade or not! If you can't payout, disable deposits meanwhile...

Seriously, I have been waiting three (3!) weeks for my withdrawal now. It appears that your "platform upgrade" is now complete, but you have still not processed my withdrawal, and support has stopped responding. My withdrawal was 0.024 BTC, even less than the 0.03 I originally deposited, so you have already made a profit. Is it really worth the bad reputation to scam people for 0.024 BTC?

I would like to think that you have not scammed me and will return me my withdrawal soon, but as the weeks pass by without any progress I am starting to believe you are indeed a scam.

Funny thing is that I made my small deposit and tried out your lottery to test the service out of interest as an ICO investor. To say the least, I am not very keen on keeping my TFL tokens after this terrible experience. I might change my mind if my situation was because of an honest mistake or technical issues, and not an outright scam, but I really need you to communicate about this. Alarm bells are ringing when support have even ceased responding.

Edit: I would have preferred not to have this conversation openly on this forum, but I see no other option as I fear you have confiscated my money and are going to continue ignoring my support claims. I see this as the last resort to have TrueFlip credit me my withdrawal. You have no right to steal my BTC.

I see your problem But sorry if I see trueflip has just been sorted out the platform upgrade , I guess they're still in the testing phase or something . Do not panic and easily mention a project is scam..
trueflip ico rised about 2000BTC and you think its funny if trueflip scam your 0.03 ? Grin
calm down you waiting 3 weeks its not a years
