It is a possibility. It depends on how fast the coin verifies the mined blocks. So if you mine a block 2 hours before the payment, and the block gets verified 2.1 hours later, then you will have to wait the additional 2.9 hours until the next payment is initiated.

Does that make sense?

how long your pool update once? I mined about 15 mins but nothing update, just see mona,coino, copypasta?

We haven't hit a block yet. See http://steamoctanepool.com/site/mining for details on each coin. Currently it is estimated we will hit a block every 33 minutes.
