One feature that might be useful is to be able to specify the reserve amount as a percentage as well as a number. For example, instead of specifying that I want to keep 10 BTC that the bot cannot trade with, I could specify that the bot can only ever trade with 50% of my BTC balance.

To answer your questions:

1. Yes, we will be supporting other cryptos. This will happen in the V3 upgrade which is currently in alpha testing.
2. This is one of the things we are working out. V3 will include a fully functional arbitrage bot so that you can take advantage of arbitrage opportunities on multiple exchanges automatically; therefore, if you are running multiple instances of the bot you will need a way to shut of arbitrage bot only. This won't be a problem if you are only running EMA bot. A solution is in the works

3. Percent reserve will almost certainly be a feature in V2, coming out as a free upgrade in a couple of weeks
