There are quite a lot of exchange.
https://goldux.com/ and https://www.bestchange.com/ are one of the highest volume exchanger.

It is not a good idea to exchange bitcoins and paypal directly, you should probably keep PM or any other payment options as middleman to avoid being restricted by Paypal.

I have some countermeasure in case before they try to fraud me by using illegal funds to pay for exchange.
