In practice this one wants more core clock then memory. Thus your goal should be to maximize core overclock.

You need to decide how much power do you wanna use via TDP%. Some will go for 100% higher sols but also higher power consumption. Some will stay at 70-80% with lower power consumption.

Good starting point would be https://whattomine.com/coins/166-zec-equihash where you just insert your sols, watts and electricity cost and you get calculated expected profit. This way you will see what is the optimum Watts and sols for you.

Thanks for the guidance. I am currently mining hush..but i do understand your point and with both ZEC and hush using the same algos, i think they should act similar.
