Agree, Their CS department needs proper training and power to be able to fix problems. But apart from that it's a great casino.

It looks like they have given a limited access to all their customer support team so when you ask some technical issues then they can only tell you to wait for their team members to check and help you out. But sometimes when people are in a hurry this kind of answer will disappoint users. FJ should find ways to improve on these long time issues.
no wonder why they doing that , it's for security reason. the CS might still have a low knowledge about everything that could happened in the casino and how to solve it. but you could always appreciate on how they never act so rude to anyone. serving customers friendly , and solve the problem calmly to make every single issue could be done promptly not based on limited knowledge and full of speculation.

I agree, I had experienced some withdrawal problems with FJ but then their CS are so responsive and after waiting they all go through.  We should understand that CS people are not Tech people who process withdrawal.  They are here to assist us if ever we have inquiries or problem.  All we need to do is have patience and do not be rude to these people.  It may take minutes to days depends on the security issue involved with your withdrawal.  If it comes out clean then you can have your money but if it has some issues then their CS will get back at you and tell you about the problem.  So far my experience with them with regards to Customer Service and assistance is excellent.  That is for me.

I agree but somehow other have ideas too that may probably contradict with your idea.  Just example, I believe that the current luckyjack setup is fine.  For the same reason as BTCevo.

First thing, the amount is too low, it is just like giveaway which everyone will be a winner and the chance is much too huge to win this. The second thing is people wont just satified with 0.01 btc winning, 0.1 btc is much more better, even though there is only 10 players that can win it everyday
