We need to sacrifice something to make money. You have big investment then no need to sacrifice your health just invest money and wait for a couple of years. Or you want to become a day trader then you must spend a lot of time in trading. Ofcourse it will spoil your life by giving many shocks per day. You can able to control your tension then it will be possible but not sure.

A good alternative would be to just keep your btc in your wallet. Some traders easily make mistakes when doing day trades and its understandable due to the spikes and drops in altcoin market prices. If you're not experienced enough, you'll be emotionally pressured to react and more often than not, it doesn't turn out well. So just hold your coins if you don't think you can handle the pressure of day trade
