Accepting Bitcoin on Expedia is one thing as you don't really need instant payments for booking a room and could easily include a 5$ transaction fee, but accepting it on Uber where you really need instant, very low payment, and then very low transaction fees is another thing...
Or perhaps I am missing something ?

We just wait for an official announcement that they state the acecptance of bitcoin in their driving and transportation services. There are too many rumors about it, hop all of them will be real soon. And this will make bitcoin stronger than ever!
