With the upcoming ICO on 7th Sep what are people's thoughts?

I've heard a lot of negativity about Swarm 1.0, are people more confident about the update?

Is this swarm fund created by these guys, https://swarm.city/ , or are they two completely different coins/teams. I really see alot of similarities.

Swarm.fund ICO seems like it will generate alot of money, but i don't really feel it. Their idea is not new, it has already been done before more or less. Surely there's money to made, but i'll pass this one.
