Aye it is a bit confusing. The norm would be to say there is a bonus on pre-sale. If main ICO does not sell out it could mean that pre-sale buyers paid more than main ICO.

Don't worry about Pre-sale price at $0.088.The ICO will sell the remainder 160M tokens over the course of 4 weeks. Its encouraging they already had 16 strategic partners.
It will be easy to be raised more than 20MMUSD on ICO,If that happened,pre-sale buyers will pay less money than main ICO.
