I agree, Not all ICOs do not keep their promises to not give the best for everything.

However, most ICOs project are scammer if they do not keep their promises Wink

. Just is promises, why they cannot keep it? So, they not worthy for us invest to their project, unless you buy with lowest price after listed exchange and earn profit from that.
