i did it and after double click .bat i get the blinking cursor then a second line appears saying paused then next line says press any key to continue....

I don't think the problem is the CWI miner then. You have confirmed that this card can successfully mine other coins and other algorithms in general, right? Sorry I can't be of more help.
im actually currently running nicehash 2.0 on this laptop. really just starting to test out this laptop to see what it can do.
