You're fraudulently misrepresenting your operation as being a legitimate project of significant size and scope and you've just admitted that, at best, it is you with your 'idea' plus another, unidentified 'dev'. It is most likely, however, just another blatant scam seeking to con people into sending ETH to your address before you abandon your anonymous forum accounts and pocket the money.
