I'm taking part in that European group buy and if I have understud correctly the discussion in their thread, they haven't sent in their order yet. The operator is waiting for official announcement from friedcat taking orders. Also the operator has been asking friedcat if the devices will have CE-mark, because without that they might be seised in customs. I have the BTC ready, but won't send it to yxt (the operator of group buy) before we are actually ordering.
