As long you are contacting the correct CS email, you should get a response but that'll take a while depending on the size of their queue.

I have the same problem and I emailed them too many times since last month. But they didn't reply me for a single email. So, i made a new account and started working on it. And now i can't login to my new account. I think Huh

they are gone as there main page shows negative balance for payouts. Cry
