It is really too hard to get what you are trying to ask. Please do not use too technical terms.

I understand the following things, please confirm if they are right :
1. You want some one to load entropay cards with their debit/credit cards.
2. You need up to 250 entropay cards to be loaded daily.

If these are right, I guess anyone will prefer to know the following things :
1. Who will register entropay card
2. How much commission you can provide for this services and it will be based on per card or based on amounts ?
3. Approximately how long this deal will last
