Visa decided to restrict the cards to residents of Europe. So if you ordered your card and if you are a non-resident of Europe, you will be waiting forever for that card to arrive. And if it does arrive, you might as well frame it and hang it on a wall.

They will continue to operate for those residing outside europe , they got another provider (mastercard) , so now i have both :

3 VISA bitcoin Debit card (GBP,usd,eur)

and 3 MASTERCARD bitcoin debit cards (GBP,usd,eur)
