OK, according to the main page of ICO365, they have suspended their business.
They have returned some funding including HPB, LDC and NAS.(I'm not sure if these names are correct in English or not Tongue

)
Aeternity, however, is not returned yet. ICO365 is still contacting AE team.
So, all you can do is to wait and pray. Good luck!
