Hi cryptobuddy, thank you for presence. Well, I don't incriminate bittrex, but what amazes me, it is the reputation of this exchange with opposite a transfer fail such these. As you can see , ~~I share with you the screen of my correspondences with the support~~ (i can't insert image file), + here it is my Tx Id's :

10477138498785863380 for this tx, i forgot to include the message as agreed by the exchange, but bttrex sure to crediting me manually
