I saw China is cracking down on scam coins, USA too, so in theory would it be possible to hold sig spammers responsible because basically it would be considered as false advertising, as a scam, to promote a coin trying to trick investors to put their money into it. I don't really know what you expect from this oninon garbage. They don't have an Exchange platform too. They only have novaexchange thing, and the price you see there is no real. You can't sell or buy with huge sums. It won't be sustainable like that.
