Lol, Ive never bothered about ordering a Bitcoin debit card from my provider. All I do is sell to a trusted exchanger. A Bitcoin debit card is more costly than selling to an exchanger and withdrawing with my own bank card. The only stores you will see accepting Bitcoin in my country are exchanger walk-in centers.
