The 1mil+ account has a demographic age of 16 - 28+ (has good engagement: last tweet had 2082 retweets + 541 favourites). Person is still deciding on price point, I'll let you know as the person messages me back with it.

I do have other publishers with 100,000+ followers who have very engaged audiences. Tweets usually include tech / activism / government / security related. - I will add them as advertising options soon.

Account owner says followers were gained organically, no spamming. Account is about 4 yrs old.
