How long will the bounty campaign go?

ICO finish or 30th October.

if perhaps anyone out there, join the very last week of the campaign, and is still follows the criteria, still be rewarded right?

Theoretically, yes. But if we rich our hardcap earlier than October, 30, you would lose your chance to join the campaign.
