I think yes because bitcoin has helped many and many have come to life because of him so if there are hard-working people who are hardworking in life they can harden their hard life.

logically no since not everyone have access to world wide web and with your statement even a hard working people yet they don't have knowledge they wont be able to gain from this system, bitcoin can help to lessen poverty but not to end the poverty that's the right impression with this.
