Yes the rest is held by the company and being released slowly over a large period of time. In my opinion that will always suppress the price but pumps at times are possible. I'm personally bearish on XRP though.

Its well documented its all going to be locked away in escrow.

The circulating supply can at best only change by a billion maybe. Leaving most of the supply locked away
